Shipping Time

We send out all orders within 24 hrs on working days. Holidays and bank holidays might affect this time. When the order is shipped you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.

Normally, it will takes 20-25 business days for Standard Shipping and 7-15 business days for Express Shipping. If it takes longer, please contact us and we’ll have a look at what might have happened.

Tracking Pakage

We ship world wide with Singpost, your National Post Office for Standard Shipping and FedEx for Express Shipping.

You will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail with a link to where you track the parcel. But the tracking number is not actived yet.

If you choose Standard Shipping at Check out, your package will be transfered to SingPost, and delivered by your National Post Office. In this case, the tracking number will be actived after 6-10 business days, once it is transfered from Vietnam to Singpost.
