💳 Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept payment via PayPal.

What currency will I be charged in? All orders are charged in US Dollars (USD).

The item I purchased is now on sale. Can I get a refund for the difference? No. The price displayed on the website at the time of purchase is the price that applies. By confirming your order, you agree to that price.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship to my country? Most likely yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. Select your country from the dropdown at checkout to confirm availability.

Where are orders shipped from? All orders are shipped from Vietnam.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order, based on your destination country and chosen shipping method.

How will my order be shipped? We use SG Link as our primary logistics partner for worldwide delivery:

  • Standard Shipping: Your order is processed by SG Link and then transferred to your local post office (USPS, Royal Mail, etc.) for final delivery.
  • Express Shipping: Your order is processed by SG Link and then transferred to an express courier such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS.

How is my order packaged? All orders are packed in a recycled paper box, wrapped with an outer layer of plastic for protection.

When will I receive my order?

  • Standard Shipping: 15–25 business days
  • Express Shipping: 7–15 business days

If your order takes longer than expected, please contact us and we’ll look into it. Please note that bad weather and customs procedures can occasionally cause unexpected delays beyond our control.

Can I track my order? Yes. Your order will be dispatched within 24–48 business hours. Tracking updates occur in two stages:

  • Stage 1: Once shipped, you will receive an email with your SGLink tracking number.
  • Stage 2: After a few business days, you will receive a second email with your local postal tracking number as the package enters your local delivery network.

Note: For US shipments, your USPS tracking number is updated immediately upon dispatch.


🌍 Taxes & Customs

Do I have to pay international taxes and duties? Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. We have no control over these charges and are not responsible for them. You will be responsible for paying any additional customs clearance fees. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

How much are import taxes and duties? Customs policies vary widely by country. Please contact your local customs office for specific details.

What happens if I refuse to pay customs taxes and duties? If you refuse to pay customs fees, the package will be returned to the carrier and sent back to Vietnam. We do not accept refunds in this case.


🔄 Changes & Returns

Can I change my order after placing it? We begin processing orders immediately, so there is a very limited window to make changes. If you need to modify your order, please contact us at plabstorevn@gmail.com as soon as possible.

What happens if I do not accept my delivery and the package is returned? Unaccepted deliveries returned to Plab Store are not considered a valid return. You will be charged $50 to cover administration and return shipping costs, including:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Import & export fees
  • Administration expenses
  • VAT and customs charges

I didn’t pick up my order and it has been sent back. Can you resend it? We cannot resend the package. Your order will be refunded minus shipping and handling costs. If you still wish to receive the product, please place a new order.

Can I return an item purchased during a sale or from the Outlet? No. Items purchased during sale periods or from the Outlet are final sale — no returns, no refunds, no exchanges. By purchasing these items, you accept the price and condition as-is.


🔌 Products

Which iPod models are compatible with Plab products? Our products are designed for iPod Classic, iPod 3rd to 7th Generation, and older iPhone models using the 30-pin connector.

What is a LOD Cable? LOD stands for Line Out Dock. It connects via the 30-pin port and completely bypasses the iPod’s internal amplifier, delivering the purest, highest-quality audio signal possible.

Are the products handmade? Yes. All Plab products are handcrafted, using OCC silver-plated wire and premium gold-plated connectors.
