1. Overview

At Plab Store, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you experience any issues with your product, we are here to help in accordance with the policy below.


2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • ✅ The product has a manufacturing defect
  • ✅ The product is unused
  • ✅ The product is in its original packaging
  • ✅ You have the order invoice or confirmation email

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • ❌ Items purchased during sale periods or promotional events
  • ❌ Items purchased from the Outlet section
  • ❌ Items that have been used or modified
  • ❌ Items damaged by the buyer (dropped, short-circuited, misused)
  • ❌ Items returned without prior authorization
  • ❌ Orders returned due to non-acceptance or refusal of delivery
  • ❌ Orders returned due to refusal to pay customs duties

4. Return Process

Step 1 — Contact us Send an email to plabstorevn@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Photos or video evidence (if applicable)

Step 2 — Wait for confirmation We will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.

Step 3 — Ship the item back If your request is approved, we will provide the return address and packaging instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

Step 4 — Item inspection Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days.

Step 5 — Refund or exchange After inspection and approval, we will process your refund or send a replacement product.


5. Refunds

5.1 Refund method Refunds are processed to the original payment method (PayPal).

5.2 Refund timeframe

  • PayPal refund: 3–5 business days
  • Total time from item receipt to refund completion: 7–14 business days

5.3 Deductions The refund amount may be subject to deductions for:

  • Original shipping costs (if the issue is not a manufacturing defect)
  • Return shipping costs (borne by the buyer)

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for a different product instead of a refund:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The replacement product must be of equal or greater value (any price difference will be charged)
  • Shipping costs for the replacement product will be calculated at current shipping rates

8. Items Damaged During Shipping

If your product was damaged during transit:

  1. Take photos immediately upon receiving — both the outer packaging and the product inside
  2. Contact plabstorevn@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package
  3. Attach photos and your order number
  4. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund

Note: Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.


9. Unaccepted & Returned Packages

Packages returned due to non-acceptance, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery are not considered valid returns.

  • A fee of $50 will be charged for administration and return shipping costs
  • We will not issue a refund in this case
  • If you wish to receive the product, please place a new order

10. Refusal to Pay Customs Duties

If you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us:

  • We will not issue a refund under any circumstances
  • The full value of the order will be forfeited
