By accessing and using the website plab.io.vn and placing an order with Plab Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

5.2 Availability All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
5.3 Handcrafted Nature All Plab products are handcrafted. Minor variations in appearance, finish, or dimensions may occur between individual units. These variations are inherent to the handmade nature of our products and do not constitute defects.
5.4 Compatibility Products are designed for use with iPod Classic, iPod 3rd to 7th Generation, and older iPhone models with 30-pin connectors. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing.
6. Pricing
6.1 Currency All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).
6.2 Price Changes We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
6.3 Price at Time of Purchase The price displayed at the time you place your order is the final price. If an item goes on sale after your purchase, we are not obligated to refund the price difference.
6.4 Errors In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.
7. Orders & Payment
7.1 Order Acceptance Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm acceptance via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
7.2 Payment We accept payment via PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details.
7.3 Order Modifications We begin processing orders immediately upon receipt. Order changes are only possible within a very limited timeframe. Contact us at plabstorevn@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
7.4 Order Cancellation Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel before dispatch, please contact us immediately.
8. Shipping & Delivery
8.1 Shipping Origin All orders are shipped from Vietnam.
8.2 Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination country and chosen shipping method.
8.3 Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 15–25 business days
- Express Shipping: 7–15 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8.4 Tracking Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours. Tracking information will be sent via email in two stages — SGLink tracking number upon dispatch, followed by local postal tracking number when the package enters your local delivery network.
8.5 Undelivered Packages If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, the following applies:
- The return is not considered a valid return or refund request
- A fee of $50 will be charged to cover return shipping, import/export costs, administration, VAT, and customs charges
- If you wish to receive the item again, a new order must be placed
9. Customs, Duties & Taxes
9.1 Buyer Responsibility Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Plab Store has no control over and is not responsible for any customs fees imposed.
9.2 Refusal to Pay If you refuse to pay customs duties or taxes and the package is returned to us, we will not issue a refund.
9.3 Customs Information Please contact your local customs office for information on applicable duties and taxes before placing an order.
10. Returns & Refunds
10.1 Eligibility Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items with manufacturing defects only. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
10.2 Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Items purchased during sale periods or promotional events
- Items purchased from the Outlet section
- Items that have been used, modified, or damaged by the buyer
- Items returned without prior authorization
10.3 Return Process To initiate a return, contact us at plabstorevn@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 24–48 business hours with further instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
10.4 Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
10.5 Shipping Costs on Returns Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on plab.io.vn — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics — is the property of Plab Store and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website without prior written permission from Plab Store.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plab Store shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website
- Any errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
