1. General Information

All orders are processed and shipped from Vietnam. We ship to most countries worldwide. Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours from the time payment is successfully received.


2. Shipping Methods

We use SG Link as our primary logistics partner for all international orders.

Standard Shipping:

  • Orders are processed through SG Link, then transferred to your local post office (USPS, Royal Mail, Vietnam Post, etc.) for final delivery
  • Estimated delivery time: 15–25 business days

Express Shipping:

  • Orders are processed through SG Link, then transferred to express couriers such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Selected shipping method
  • Package weight and dimensions

You will see the exact shipping cost before confirming your order.

5. Packaging

All orders are packed in a recycled paper box, wrapped with an outer layer of plastic to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information in 2 stages:

Stage 1 — Upon dispatch: You will receive an email containing your SGLink tracking number to monitor your package’s journey from Vietnam.

Stage 2 — When the package arrives in your country: You will receive a second email with your local postal tracking number to track the final delivery leg.

Note: For US shipments, your USPS tracking number is updated immediately upon dispatch.

7. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete before confirming your order
  • We are not responsible for delayed or lost orders due to incorrect address information
  • If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact plabstorevn@gmail.com immediately before the order is dispatched

8. Delivery Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

  • Customs inspection procedures
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • National public holidays
  • Carrier incidents
  • National emergencies or natural disasters

9. Lost Packages

If your tracking shows the order has been delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check around your delivery area (neighbors, building security, etc.)
  2. Contact your local post office with your tracking number
  3. If still unresolved, contact us at plabstorevn@gmail.com within 7 days of the tracking delivery update

10. Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Plab Store due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts with no one available to receive
  • Refusal to accept delivery

A fee of $50 will be charged to cover return shipping, import/export fees, administration costs, and taxes. If you wish to receive the product again, please place a new order.


11. International Taxes & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to import duties and customs fees in the destination country
  • These charges are entirely the buyer’s responsibility
  • Plab Store has no control over and is not responsible for any customs fees
  • Please contact your local customs office for information before placing an order
