What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via PayPal.
What currency will I be charged in?
All orders are charged in US Dollars (USD).
🛒 Product Pricing & Promotions
I purchased an item and it is now on sale, can I get a refund for the difference?
No. The price at the time you placed the order is the price that applies.
Can I return or exchange items purchased during sale periods or from Outlet?
No. Items purchased during sales or from Outlet are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship to my country?
Very likely yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Please select your country at checkout.
Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from Vietnam.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and shown at checkout before payment.
→ Free shipping for domestic Vietnam orders.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
• Standard Shipping: SingPost → delivered by your local post office. For the US, we use USPS.
• Express Shipping: FedEx.
When will I receive my order?
• Orders are processed within 24 business hours (excluding holidays).
• Standard: 10–20 business days
• Express: 7–12 business days
If it takes longer, please contact us for assistance.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
For Standard Shipping, tracking is only activated after 6–10 business days, once the parcel is handed over to SingPost.
How is my order packaged?
Orders are packed in recycled paper boxes, wrapped outside with protective plastic.
📦 Order Issues
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing your order immediately, so there is only a short window to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.
What happens if I don’t receive my order?
• Returned packages (non-accepted deliveries) are not considered legitimate returns.
• You will be charged a $30 administration fee to cover return shipping, import/export costs, VAT, and other handling charges.
I didn’t pick up my order and it was sent back. Can you resend it?
• We cannot resend the same order.
• A refund will be issued minus shipping and handling fees.
• If you still want the item, please place a new order.
🛃 Taxes & Customs Duties
Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
Possibly. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes according to your country’s regulations.
→ The recipient is responsible for paying all customs-related charges.
How much are duties and taxes?
This varies depending on your country. Please contact your local customs office for details.
What happens if I refuse to pay customs fees?
• The package will be returned to Vietnam.
• We do not issue refunds in this case.
🛠️ Warranty & After-Sales
Do you offer warranty on your products?
All products are carefully tested twice before shipping, so we do not provide long-term warranties.
What if my item arrives defective or damaged?
Don’t worry. If your product arrives defective, not working, or damaged due to shipping, and you notify us within 72 hours of receiving the package, we will send you a replacement item free of charge.
You will not need to return the defective product. Instead, we will ask you to dispose of it (for example, by breaking it or discarding it) before we send you the replacement.
